Sara Gleave is the 2012-2013 Recipient of the Faye Jacques Graduate Memorial Fellowship

Sara’s dissertation research is titled “The Best Deal in Town? Associations Between Public Housing and Labor Market Inequality in the New Orleans-Metairie-Kenner MSA”. The Faye Jacques Fellowship was established by the friends and family of Ms. Jacques, a longtime employee in the Graduate School, to recognize her dedication to higher education. The fellowship provides a cash award. Ms. Gleave is the first geography Ph.D. student to earn this honor. Her advisor is Dr. Qingfang Wang.
