Our department at AAG

The Department of Geography and Earth Sciences has a strong contingency of graduate students and faculty presenting at this year’s Association of American Geographers (AAG) Conference, April 8-12 in Tampa, Florida. Students and faculty will present on a variety of topics, from Latino healthcare service provision, to the economic impact of high-speed rail in China, to advances in the field of CyberGIS. Those representing the department at this year’s conference, which attracts geographers from around the world and will feature more than 4500 presentations, will highlight the department’s diversity and strength.
