Congratulations to Brandy Stimac (M.S. Earth Sciences) for winning the nationally-competitive 2014-2015 StormStruck WeatherPredict Consulting Scholarship to continue her research on the fundamental physical processes behind supercell formation in landfalling tropical cyclones. In addition to a $1500 travel award, Brandy will present her research at the Federal Alliance for Home Safety (FLASH) Annual Conference scheduled for 19-21 November 2014 in Orlando, Florida
